The Nanyo, Ehime Citrus Fruit Agricultural System website (hereafter, "the Website") was created to provide information on the activities of the Sixth Sector Industrialization Promotion Group (under the Agricultural Administration Division, Agricultural Administration and Planning Bureau, Ehime Prefecture Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Department).

The Group may register user personal information such as name, e-mail address and telephone number when a user contacts the Group through the Website. However, any personal information provided to the Group in this manner will be used only for stated usage purposes and not for any other purpose. Personal information provided by the user is utilized by the Group for contacting the user, providing information to the user regarding the Group's operations and services, responding to user questions, sending e-mails and physical informational materials to the user, and other such purposes.
